- John Tolcher04.09.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in to be sized for a pair of boots, I was recommended repeatedly an alternative which I did not prefer. The style I preferred was not in stock and they were unwilling to find a store that had the boots available nor try to have them transferred (either would have been amazing).
The most frustrating part was I had spent $350 in there one day earlier from the same sales assistant, then when buying a $500 pair of boots was just absolutely unhelpful. It was suggested I google the other stores and call them directly.
This sales assistant was absolutely a cashier at heart.
