  Sorry I am only now replying to your review as we do not monitor these online review websites and has only now been brought to my attention.
  
  We at Novocastrian Smash Repairs aim for the highest levels of customer Service, quality and safe repairs to all our customer vehicles in the shortest repair time possible.
  
  Novocastrian Smash Repairs has been established for over 20 years under my ownership, in this time we have won many industry and insurance awards for our customer service , high quality workmanship and also for our staff being the leaders in their field , with one of our apprentices representing Australia in the world skills in Canada .
  
  We have system and procedures in place for all aspects of our business and if there has been a break down or gap in one of these it needs to be addressed.
