My issue is that the service is a little strange or old fashioned (using calculator in front of you to add up price), and we have ordered flat whites twice and even sent them back and we always ended up with at least 1.5 inches of froth! My practical suggestion would be to improve the ordering process by using hand held devices connected to the kitchen ordering system, also to put anyone making coffees through a Barista course to learn the differences between flat white, latte, cappuccino etc. With simple improvements this could easily be a five star cafe.
